Annual Students First Summit

The Iowa Association of Christian Schools (IACS), the Iowa Alliance for Choice in Education (Iowa ACE), the Iowa Catholic Conference (ICC), Hispanics Aligned for Choice in Education Reform (HACER), and the Center for Advancement of Christian Education (CACE) will host this year’s conference in West Des Moines, Iowa, with support from EdChoice, the Herzog Foundation, and Americans for Prosperity.
The 2026 Students First Summit will gather nonpublic school supporters in Des Moines to continue our collective effort to support and defend the Students First legislation passed in 2023.
This year’s summit will focus on equipping people to defend the ESA program, with each school sending its school leaders, board president, and parent representatives to receive specific training to best equip them for their roles.
